My name's Susanne Jonsson and I'm a Swedish girlie. I was born in 1976. Actually it was in MAY 1976, the 25th... For the time being I stay with my parents and two of my three sisters in Varberg, a small town on the Swedish westcoast, 80 km south of Gothenburg. The reason why I use the word stay, and not live, is because I literally sleep on their sofa... When I was 17 I moved to Simrishamn, on the Swedish EASTcoast, to study. I finished school in june -96. Then me and two friends went to Kos island, Greece, to work for the summer. We sure went... but work? Nah... not much at least! We spent most days on the beach and most nights partying! But we had a good time! I got back to Sweden and Simrishamn. I was unemployed for some time and then got a job for two months at Swedia, as a forwarding agent in their warehouse. It was a good job and I had a great time with my new colleagues! Christmas came, I moved in with my parents and I was unemployed for four months. Then me and another friend went to Greece for holidays and after ten days I went to Jersey, Channel islands, UK, (Did you notice the island-theme?) where I started working in Millbrook House Hotel. I had the time of my life but after five months I was on my way home and back at Swedia. Of course at Christmas-time I moved back in wih my folks and here I am! Just waiting for my departure to Jersey in mid April. I spend most of my days sleeping and eating... And of course I surf the net once in a while! I also go to the gym four times a week for a few hours, just to let people think I'm the sporty type! I guess that's ME. If there's anything else you want to know, just e-mail me! | ||||||||||||||||

... is my big passion in life! It all started when I was really young. For as long as I can remember I've been dreaming of going to different countries, to see new cultures and meet lots of people! When I was 13, my friend, Monika, asked me if I wanted to go to Tunisia with her and her family. I got really exited, since I hadn't been further away than Denmark. I never thought my parents would let me go, but they did! So, in February 1990 we went to Sousse, Tunisia and I loved every minute of those two weeks. I loved the country, the people were so nice and the weather was great. Don't think I've ever had such a great tan ever since! The year after we went back, and it was even better! Now, all together I've been in Tunisia six times, once every year 1990-1994 and 1996. I still really like the country but it has changed a lot. I guess it partly has to do with too many tourists. In April 1994 Monika and I went to Prague in Czech Republic and Vienna in Austria. We spent about 4 days in Vienna and a week in Prague. In June we went back to Prague, another place where I've had some REALLY good times! There the mainthing was to party as much as you could handle! And everything was so cheap! A beer cost about SEK5 and here it's about SEK35! And the food... Yum-yum!! Not to mention the food in Tunisia... I could eat 24-hours-non-stop down there... Well, in 1995 I went to France for the first time. We went to some of the wine-districts, Alsace, Champagne etc. I wasn't that thrilled when we were there but in some strange way I came to love France. Now that's my favourite-country in Europe! In September I went to Amsterdam, Holland with my boyfriend and two friends. We just stayed for the weekend so we didn't really see much. 1996... We went to Tunisia in February for two weeks, then London for a week in April and Rhodos, Greece in June, went straight to Kos island and stayed for the summer. 1997... I went to Paris in February to see one of my best friends, Josefin. I stayed for a week and I fell in love with that city! I'm going back this fall... In early May I went to Greece again, Kos island, for ten days and then I went to Jersey, UK. In October when we went home we drove through France and stayed in Strasbourg for a few days. Another reason for me to love France! What a town! We drove from St Malo to Strasbourg It was so beautiful all the way through. Then through Germany and Denmark before we reached Sweden. It was still nice and warm in France, but Germany, Denmark and Sweden was just grey and cold! Right now I'm trying to save some money to go travelling all summer in 1999. This time I want to go somewhere outside of Europe. But I can't decide where to go. I want to see Africa, India, Thailand, Japan, Mexico, the Caribbean and a thousand other places... Don't really know what else to tell you... I think I've got most of it covered... I may not be the most interesting person in this world, but I'd say I'm quite a good laugh! Or, actually when I spend too much time in Sweden I become a real bore... It's as if my soul gets all restless. There's so much out there just waiting to be discovered. But where's the money? (If you have a lot of those and don't know where to spend it, E-MAIL ME!!!). But still Sweden is a good place to live... The material standard is really high, the social security is really good and I know the language! :o) Well, well... I'll just get going then... Just wanna tell my closest friends how much I love them!
